- Vertiport 障碍物限制源头是 ICAO heliport 标准体系,而不是 eVTOL 标准独立创造。
- 传统 OLS 适合开阔进离场场景;城市高密度场景下需要 OFV。
- EASA 的 OFV 最性能化,CASA 最适合工程建模,中国团标最适合前期快速判断。
- FAA EB105A 与 EASA/CASA/中国路线不同:FAA 不采用 OFV,而采用 Part 77 imaginary surfaces,并用 D/RD 与 DCA 处理 eVTOL 差异。
- 国内工程建议采用:
MH5013传统OLS + 中国团标简化OFV + FAA RD/DCA补充校核。
